联通出口宽带是不是炸了

日本软银 VPS ，之前延迟都在 100 以下，这几天到 300 了用电信访问还是正常的，在 ping.pe 上江苏那边的联通也是一样的延迟高

其实有特殊需求的朋友为何不考虑香港节点呢？买两个最便宜的机器做二级转发，然后我想在座各位空手撸个壳应该不太难吧？
