visa 全币信用卡还没到，试了下用兴业的运通借记卡绑了下

ps:现在注册美区 paypal 太麻烦了 ，买的美区 paypal 号，跟 paypal 号有关系吗？

但是我在招行的账单里找不到这 4 位数啊。有办法吗？
