Apple M 系列芯片性能这么强，为什么不支持 AV1 编码？

因为我网速比较慢, 所以我等待了缓冲了一下再播后, CPU 还有更低的占用率. 大致上来说在 80-95%.

@seanzxx 这不错，毕竟 M 系列芯片还是非常好的。。可能是短期人工加了限制。
