openAI 没有精力去做“合规”，我不认为目前 openAI 会组建一个专门服务中国大陆的审核团队和合规团队。事实是确实没有。所以为了不直接被官方封锁掉丧失未来进入中国的机会，所以直接禁止大陆用户访问是最简洁的方式。
