用 depay 续费的号直接没了

depay 5.22 续费的，gmail 收到终止邮件和退款了，但是 depay 那还没有收到钱。。。

可以确定的是，这个 depay 一毛钱关系都没，那么多用 depay 续费付款的，就你的被 BAN 了，想想是不是 IP 代理的原因（ 99%可能）
