求推荐国内访问速度快的国外VPS

1、不想备案，不好备案
2、自用photonvps国内速度不快还老断，用了三年了，准备换。

求推荐下靠谱的国外VPS（稳定、大陆访问速度快、香港美国新加坡日本都可以）

@allenforrest 速度不稳定，联通每天有几次路由绕道美国，ping高达300ms以上，不过抽风时间比较短，联系他们，他们说是联通的问题。

China Unicom is not sending routes via our PCCW route, I have already opened a case with PCCW but it will take time for them to investigate with China Unicom.
