• javascript ，因为基础很重要
• react + node ，因为这是我们的技术栈
• 具备一定的后端+运维知识，因为做数据库的前端不仅仅是 UI
• 对 ux 有自己的理解，因为很重要
• 喜欢前端，有热情，爱折腾，因为没有热情，做不好事情
