iOS 游戏 Hitman Sniper(杀手狙击)云存档无法恢复

有人玩这游戏么？游戏中“云端存档”是灰色的，无法点击回复存档！这个是游戏 bug 还是什么问题？

这游戏的存档总有问题，7 、8 年以前我的通关进度全用 Facebook 账号同步了，后来莫名就丢进度了，又从第一关开始
