最近邮箱莫名其妙收到某些项目的无脑推广, 这些项目可以说与我毫不相关, 我从来没关注过; 没事就给你发几封垃圾邮件.

就是说在某些人的逻辑里: 你在 GitHub 公开了邮箱就表示你同意了他们给你邮箱无脑灌任何邮件, 而且你不接受显得你很有问题???

I kindly implore GitHub operators to take swift and decisive action to address these issues, protect the privacy of GitHub users, and maintain the integrity of our platform. Specifically, I request that you:

Investigate the spam email activities associated with "hailiang-wang" and take appropriate measures to prevent further incidents.
Enforce community guidelines that promote respectful and constructive interactions among users.
Address the public harassment of "vicviz" and ensure that such behavior is not tolerated on GitHub.
