openai 账号被封了？

早晨使用 GPT4 时直接提示我 Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com. 然后刚刚尝试无痕浏览登录，提示： Sorry, you have been blocked You are unable to access auth0.openai.com

看来我又被封号了？我是 app 礼品卡内购买的啊，购买来源也是官网，WTF

据说 openai 被攻击，导致现在关闭了大部分 vps 商家 ip 访问。用新加坡手机卡漫游可以登录访问。

账号被停用的话，会收到邮件通知。那种停用一般就是违反服务政策的永久停用。
网页端访问被拒绝，多数和账号关系不大。

换了 JMS 重新登录后提示如下信息，应该还是 openai 挂了
