chatgpt 的 api 接口被 cloudflare 拦截了，怎么解决

2 月份开始在企鹅香港的轻量云一直使用 3.5 的接口。 https://api.openai.com/v1/chat/completions

前两天突然无法访问了，手动访问一下发现是 cloudflare 拦截了。请问可以怎么解决？
