Gemini 是否违反了 GDPR？

我测试 Gemini for Workspace 的时候不小心上传了一份不能公开的公司文件，找了半天发现居然没有删除按钮

我通知了 Google Workspace 的管理员，让他帮忙删除，他找了半天说后台没有这个功能，清空 Gemini 数据的功能都没有

我搜了下，才发现 8 个月前就有人在 Reddit 上讨论这个问题了，到现在为止 Google 没做任何改善：

按理说更应该重视用户隐私的企业版 Gemini ，上传文件/提问后居然没有任何办法删除记录，即使是超过 72 小时、有组织管理员权限也不行。

Gemini 宣传是遵守 GDPR 的，我查了下 GDPR 的内容， https://gdpr-info.eu/art-17-gdpr/ 第 17 条有规定用户有权利要求删除个人数据，节选

给 EU 发邮件，反馈这个情况。Google 在欧盟境内有运营实体，是肯定受 GDPR 约束的。
