不是未激活（保修未开始计算）就说明绝对的二手，如果接受不了二手的话就不用考虑了。

就是不想承认货是开封二手，又想要自称全新。硬是造了个概念出来。

看看 eBay 的定义就很明确：
New: The brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item is in its **original packaging** (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store, unless the item is handmade or was packaged by the manufacturer in non-retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag. 不是出厂原包装的就不是 new ，最多算个 openbox
