英语原文： We experienced a data-center wide power outage in our Las Vegas location on 2026-08-16. Fransisco immediately rushed to the DC and was able able to bring back all nodes online and intact except KVM-50.LV which is what hosts this un-bootable VM of yours. Sorry to be the bearer of this bad news but after making numerous attempts in past 2-3 days to bring this server back to life we have now come to the conclusion that its NVMe drives are damaged beyond repair. That unfortunately means that we have lost this server along with all data on it.

We can recreate your VPS (blank) on another node and you can then set it up again from your backups, if you have any. We will also extend the affected service by 2 months for free as compensation. Please let us know.

Our sincere apologies for all of the inconvenience and trouble caused by this incident.
