第一次使用 digitalocean，账户被封了。因为那个 100 刀的事情。1 美元会退回来不？

1刀会回来不？另外，在digitalocean上填写的信用卡信息没找到地方删？总觉得好像不放心啊

看着邮件里说的应该是不允许用这个大学的email 的do帐号领取吧

@raychar 也就是说CaliforniaColleges域名下的账号在DO全部停用，因为涉嫌滥用。
你可以用哪个到Github去request优惠码。但是不能用这个域名下的邮箱玩DO。

发邮件之后 github解释是fake edu邮箱，student pack收回
