chrome 扩展需要交 5 美元，如何解决？

上网找了很多方法，没一个可行的，建行的信用卡可以支付美元的仍然不行，虚拟了美国信息，但还是不行。请问有没有什么靠谱的方法可以让我可以发布自己的应用？

找人代交。话说不是说谷歌钱包已经支持国内的卡了么？

@wzxjohn 好像只有开发者验证的时候可以，开账号填信息还是不行
