国际套路云绑定不了 paypal 如何破？！

很久以前申请的 paypal,是国际版，绑定套路云，想撸个海外 4.5 刀的小鸡玩玩，竟然绑定不了！可悲！ [错误码:118]抱歉,您所注册的国家不在支持的列表中。 难道会判断 paypal 里资料中的国籍？账户资料写的国籍是中国！ 有破的方法么？

说一下后续吧，PP 风控完了，又遭到套路云的风控。绑定上了提示不符合礼金条件。

哈哈，，我直接打客服好多次，，然后送了我 10 美元礼品卡，，最后说阿里云要验证我的账号里有没有绑 debit card 而不是信用卡。。。尴尬，，招行金卡要 5 万才免手续费。。

好想弄个卡费不贵的全币储蓄卡。

@kuque 没用过礼金 我习惯性不爱用大厂人礼金什么的 后续自动扣费有可能没地方说理 还有 pp 如果绑定的是万事达记得改下费率转换方式
