重启没用， 现在的问题是， 打开 fcitx-config tool 找不到 sogouinput, 请问这个该如何解决， 我看这个 sogou 是去年十二月中旬更新的应该是可以安装的 我用的 manjaro 21.2.1

用 pacman 安装也是可以，不过推荐使用 yay

fcitx 是输入法引擎，你还缺少一个 fcitx-sogoupinyin ，没有在官方库里，要用 aur 安装。
在 wayland 下，系统环境变量最好写到 /etc/environment 里，格式要稍微改一下去掉 export 。
还有 fcitx 和 fcitx5 是不同软件，前者已经停更维护，但搜狗只能用前者。
Linux 里更建议用 fcitx5-rime 。
