conserved region：在生物学（尤其是基因组学、蛋白质学）中指在不同物种或同一物种不同个体之间序列高度相似、变化很少的片段（区域）。这通常意味着该区域具有重要功能，受到进化上的“保守”作用（不容易发生突变或突变会被淘汰）。也常说 conserved sequence（保守序列）。
