你用的什么版本，最新的[insider 版本]( https://code.visualstudio.com/insiders) 针对插件安装是做了些优化的（[reduce search amount]( https://github.com/Microsoft/vscode/issues/439) [ext install <id>]( https://github.com/Microsoft/vscode/issues/3021)）的，速度还行。下一个`release`版本要到 3/9 发布。
