有人用过 paypal 的银联去购买 digitalocean 吗？昨天尝试了一下，钱顺利被划走，但是 DO 死活收不到。现在不得不走 paypal 的 30 天争议退款，很奇怪啊，银行和 paypal 都显示成功，那钱去哪里了？

不建议争议，DO是个靠谱的公司，你提交争议太草率了。钱到DO帐上比较慢，你应该把支付凭证发DO客服及pp客服，让他们去帮忙查，如果实在没到帐钱会在三天后自动退回的。

大公司你发个tk大多都会解决，无法解决也会给你退款。另外paypal付款我从来都是用银联，也冲过DO 没遇到楼主的情况

银行卡支付掉单是paypal和银联间的问题， 一般七到十五天内会自动清回银行卡， 不用联系谁， 或者说走的固定流程，联系谁也没什么用。

前段时间 Namecheap 搞活动的时候也出现过，用 Paypal 支付成功，银行卡也扣款了，但 Namecheap 那边就是不成功，没有订单记录，上 Paypal 看也没有任何记录，懵了，不过几个小时候 Paypal 就发起了退款，几天后就退回到银行卡了。
