我碰到了 touchbar 闪屏的问题，给 cook 发过邮件，用的 icloud 的别名邮箱发的，结果中国区的客服直接打电话到我手机上了，接到电话像是被查了水表一样，说好的注重隐私呢... 当然问题也是没解决。

好像 iPad Air 3 刚刚变成 vintage 🙈 所有召回计划应该都不适用了（应该是付费维修都修不了的状态）
即使给免费维修也不会保留数据的（理论上每次送修前都要备份好数据，维修之前都会让你签单子确定数据有可能丢失无法恢复的；而且 iPad Air 3 没办法换屏幕，只能整机更换）
如果你想要追回你的数据就只能看看第三方能不能帮你修；
如果你就是想把找 Apple 设备修（换）好建议你从刚刚变成 vintage 这个角度来写邮件（虽然我觉得能实际帮到你的概率不大）
