    Requirements:
    •5+ years of experience in frontend development
    •Proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript

    大家好,目前客户要求再扩招一个前端岗位,感兴趣的可以投简历。但是客户要求这个岗位的英语口语一定要好,所以如果英语口语不好的就不要投简历了,谢谢!

    @mincoke 其实跟证书没关系,主要就是口语表达要流利,用词也不需要特别复杂,能在讨论项目的时候自然的交流,表达自己的观点,并且能让团队成员快速理解就可以。客户的团队比较国际化,因此他们想尽可能减少沟通的成本。

    谢谢两位的关注。关于薪资,我们是根据工程师给我们的期望薪资来给客户报价的。虽然都是高级前端开发,但是每位工程师的经验和资历都不太一样。因此我们希望尊重工程师对自己的定位。如果我们内部面试通过后,就会推荐给客户,最终就由客户做决定。
