Requirements:

@mincoke 其实跟证书没关系，主要就是口语表达要流利，用词也不需要特别复杂，能在讨论项目的时候自然的交流，表达自己的观点，并且能让团队成员快速理解就可以。客户的团队比较国际化，因此他们想尽可能减少沟通的成本。

谢谢两位的关注。关于薪资，我们是根据工程师给我们的期望薪资来给客户报价的。虽然都是高级前端开发，但是每位工程师的经验和资历都不太一样。因此我们希望尊重工程师对自己的定位。如果我们内部面试通过后，就会推荐给客户，最终就由客户做决定。
