I recently built a small web tool for a meme that took over my feed this month. If you've been on TikTok or Reels lately, you've probably seen the clip: content creator Kevin Wai walks up to Dominican rapper Bulin 47 outside a red-lit venue in Spain, holds up a Bluetooth speaker and his phone, and Bulin 47 freestyles on the spot. Within days people started using AI to put themselves, their friends and even their grandparents in his place. I tried a few general video tools to make my own version and kept fighting with prompts, reference clips and model settings, so I built Bulin 47 AI to make it a one-photo job. Sharing it here in case anyone wants to join the trend, and I'd really appreciate feedback.
About Bulin 47 AI
Bulin 47 AI turns one photo into the viral Bulin 47 freestyle video. The AI edits the original clip itself and replaces only the rapper: Kevin Wai with the speaker and phone, the crowd, the red-lit entrance, the handheld camera and the original sound all stay exactly as they were. The person from your photo takes over the moves, head turns, gestures and mouth timing. You get a vertical 9:16 MP4 that's ready to post. If you're new to the meme, the Bulin 47 AI Trend page has the backstory and how it spread.
Features
- One photo, nothing else: no prompt to write, no reference clip to find, no editing timeline.
- Full-body replacement, not a face sticker: face, hair, clothes and even hands come from your photo, not a face pasted over the original.
- The real scene and the original audio: everything except the rapper stays frame for frame, with the sound everyone recognizes.
- Two lengths, two qualities: the 15-second cut or the full 30-second freestyle, in Standard 480p or HD 720p.
- Ready in about 5 to 10 minutes: you get a vertical MP4 for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts or the group chat.
- Works in the browser: iPhone, Android or desktop, with no app to install.
- Failed renders are never charged: if a render fails or a photo is filtered, it goes straight back to your balance.
- Honest pricing: there's no free trial because every video uses real GPU time. Plans start at $9.99/month for one Standard video, or $89.99/year for 15. The site has six sample videos and a second-by-second breakdown so you can see what you get before paying.
How to use?
Website: http://bulin47.ai
- Open the site and upload one photo. One person, face clearly visible, good light. A half-body photo with both hands showing works best, because the AI copies your hands too.
- Choose 15 seconds or the full 30-second version, then Standard or HD. You can see the cost before you generate.
- Click Generate, wait about 5 to 10 minutes, then download the MP4 and post it.
There's also a step-by-step guide, How to Make Bulin 47 AI Video, with a photo checklist and posting tips. Birthday videos of dads and grandmas have been the funniest so far.
It's an independent fan project, not affiliated with Bulin 47, Kevin Wai or their labels. Please only use photos of yourself or of people who agreed. Feedback, bug reports and ideas are all welcome, thanks for taking a look!
