我这边（广西电信）为了限制多拨越来越恶心了，每次重启接口 / 路由器 / 光猫，只要涉及到重新拨号，都是分配 10.x 的 IP ，这个 IP 除了 QQ ，其他什么网都上不了，要等几分钟再拨才能分配公网 IP 。
几年前尝试多拨的时候记下了规律，先是几拨就分配几个公网 IP ，等几分钟就只剩下一个公网 IP ，其他的全部变成 10.x 的 IP ，试完后就放弃多拨了，一直正常用，最近调试网络发现不多拨都会这样。
不知道能不能投诉。
