We were unable to validate the credit card used to sign up for Amazon Web Services, specifically we detected that a prepaid credit card was used. At this time, we respectfully request that you provide us with an alternate credit card as payment for your usage of AWS services.
The easiest way to do this is by logging into your AWS account and clicking on “Payment Method. You will have limited access to certain AWS services until an alternate non-prepaid credit card is added to the account.

它說了要信用卡。。不能用預付費卡。

以前尝试过拿商店里的Giftcard注册 MC Visa都不行
最后拿银行Debit注册的 他们可能是试图授权一个Subscription消费 一般预付费卡都会拒绝 |

除了这两个之外都可以用预付卡,这两个必须信用卡,且需要公司邮箱(即域名邮箱,且域名不能太个人化)

的确是不让过，我前几天也这样被卡了。
不过 godaddy 是明确支持 prepaid ，不知道其他的支持不支持。 |
