注意 telegram 注销后/换手机后 无法登录 附曲线解决方案

8.14 号 我去 apple store 将 iPhone 5s 换机
发现换机后 telegram 一直是假死状态
删除后重新安装也不能登录 必须假装在国外才能登录和使用. 而我的朋友表示均可以正常使用

根据之前的一则消息

We were able to quickly restore ordinary service for all users, except mainland China. Unfortunately, it seems that the Chinese government is now at least partially blocking Telegram after labelling it as an "anti-government" tool used by human rights advocates for encrypted communication (the block coincided with the DDoS ).
For the rest of Asia Pacific, Telegram messages are back on track since July, 13. Sorry for any incovenience caused by the DDoS. Please contact Telegram support if you have any lingering issues (Settings — Ask a question ).

虽然可以挂 v 使用 不过还是太麻烦
不过已经登录的还可以正常使用, 尽量不要去尝试注销操作 ,如果已经无法使用
有些第三方客户端依然可以使用 比如 dove

Telegram 在墙外也不时上不去。
今天（日本时间）早上，日本这边就上不去了半个小时左右。
