安装步骤来：
1 npm install 2 grunt build 3 grunt watch 就可以了 |

https://github.com/angular-ui/ui-router/issues/1815 抱歉怕你不好理解，请看官方文档，(@nateabele)作者自己说没有加入 serve 命令！直接 grunt connect:sample 就行了
