升级 osx el capitan 完成后，重启提示设置 icloud，开启了两步验证，但是一直通过手机或是短信都验证失败了，一直点 back 后进入系统，但是进入系统后 icloud 又是可用的，不知道启动时的 icloud 设置是为何
