不知道你用的是什么 IP 有时候根据 IP 数据库和路由表综合判定导致你的 IP 被网站视为欧盟地区
所以就会有。欧盟法律的强制要求 一打开就必须出现 主流的网站甚至包括美国 CNN 之类的都会有 |

对了如果用的服务器是法国的，个别网站例如 Sourceforge 会出现要求用户授权使用 cookie 的界面。  |
