按 Command+R 开机直接进了 Internet Recovery ，执行 diskutil cs revert uuid 之后按 option 键选 recovery 分区开机一直卡在苹果 logo 界面，难道是 recovery 分区损坏了？有什么好的解决办法？
重置 PRAM 试了没有用，看到还有一种方案是重新安装 recovery 分区，但是要下载 macOS 安装 app ，太大太麻烦了。。。

一直卡在 logo 界面？卡了多长时间啊？
固态卡五分钟很正常，机械硬盘的话会更长…… 正在往内存读入恢复模式的内容啊。 |

bjzhou1990 OP @maemolee 是进度条读到一大半的时候屏幕闪了一下，然后进度条又跳回到大概 5%的位置就一直不动了。。。
