偷懒，避免错误，不用编译版！
apt-get install letsencrypt -y -t jessie-backports |

是因为阿里的 pip 源木有更新吧。我是这样搞定的:
mv ~/.pip/pip.conf ~/.pip/pip.conf.backup 也可以用清华的 pip 源 https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/help/pypi/ |
