如何使用 Python 获取到页面的 Ajax 请求

我现在有一个需求：获取页面中发出去的 Ajax 请求，需要知道这些请求的 url 地址。现在的做法是手工的方式，在 Chrome 浏览器中打开页面，然后通过开发者工具打开 Network ，查看所有的 XHR 请求，然后把请求的地址复制下来。现在需要把上述手工方式转换为程序自动抓取的方式，有没有什么好的方法，是不是需要模拟浏览器环境去执行页面的 js ，还是怎样？谢谢了。
