我在之前安装的 pip 都没问题，，这次因为一个集成环境，未安装 pip，本来想安装在那个集成环境里结果二次抽取后，那个集成环境不支持，之后我的本机上 pip 安装任何库都这样 例如安装 COLLECTIONS Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement collections (from vers ions: ) No matching distribution found for collections
