Introduction of this Position:
We are looking for a project assistant who is passionate in coordinating, managing projects. Your primary focus will be on assisting Product, Project management works to make them can be moving forward smoothly.
We are fueled by challenge, and energy. You must embrace our exciting work-hard, play-hard environment and bring your passion, dedication and creativity each and every day.
Responsibilities of this Position:
1. Assist Product, Project manager to plan, monitor, coordinate project progress, quality.
2. Assist Product, Project manager to organize meetings, events; create document (e.g. presentation, instruction, etc); record meeting minutes, actions items and to upload them to Project Management tool (Worktile) and to coordinate, monitor them properly in timely manner.
3. Assist Product, Project manager to collect, sort out, analyze product, project data.
4. Assist Product, Project manager to handle additional product/project management works that not listed out above.
Requirement(s) of this Position:
1. Impeccable time management, project management and multi-tasking skills with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and spoken English skill.
2. Ability to work individually as well as to coordinate work with others in the team
3. Ability to learn new knowledge, technology quickly.
4. Strong and creative troubleshooting skills.
5. Good in using MS office tools (PPT, Excel, Doc, etc.) or similar ones
