1809 的开启防火墙通知怎么关掉

1809 关掉防火墙之后一直弹出要我开启，在设置里面关掉所有防火墙通知没有用，防火墙服务不给我关闭。

Action Center，中文好像叫操作中心，里面有设置各项检测，不想检测的就关了好了
