电报退出登陆后，原手机号已经不在用了，还能登陆回来吗？

系统 Ubuntu，有办法吗？知道原手机号对应的用户名，看了下帮助，开启本地认证或 2 步认证后还是要短信验证，然道不再使用那个手机了这个号就死了吗？能利用本地程序配置文件过登陆校验吗

能改配置文件过验证就不是 Telegram 了。
