获取网络文件的时间信息

    有些时候下载的文件 查看文件属性的时候发现文件创建和修改等时间信息不是创建下载任务或者任务下载完成的时间
    而是几天前甚至几年前的时间 查询得知是因为有的服务器返回的文件信息里同时包含了这个文件在服务器上真实的修改信息 当同时满足两个条件 1.服务器支持返回真实时间信息 2.下载器支持获取真实时间信息 那么就会产生这个效果

    请问这个信息 服务器是以什么形式返回给用户的呢 头文件还是啥的 因为我想爬文件下载地址的同时把文件的修改时间也拿到 这样比较直观
