亲，你还是去读读商标法，公司注册管理办法再考虑搞公司吧。基本的东东都不知道就想乱搞。一定会得病的。
PS:商标注册必须保证该品牌公司注册3年以上才有资格申请商标。别说我不回答问题哦，但是真该去好好了解些基础东西。
