如果只是需要全局强制的话，不用动代码，在 Info.plist 里面加上 UIUserInterfaceStyle: Light 就行了

你不适配暗黑模式 就把设置成仅亮色就好了 不设置的 默认切换过去 整个 APP 很难看的

没有这个要求，只是要求最低使用 Xcode11 打包。暗黑模式你可以手动设置不支持，不然会默认支持。
