PIP 在安装 A 时，需要编译安装，但是 A 又需要某些 .h ， 这些 .h 在其他机器上有，本机没有，于是想把它复制到本机。但是 在执行 Clang 编译的时候，怎么才能让 Clang 知道这些 .h 的存在呢？
