同城的移动和联通，两台机器直接组网，丢包率特别严重（虽然测试延迟只有 20ms 左右） 猜测可能是跨运营商 UDP QOS 的问题 尝试过搭建 moon 节点，但是 moon 节点好像只在刚开始打洞的时候起作用，后面就没用了 想问问有什么解决办法吗？

没有，UDP QOS 严重，看看 zerotier 什么时候支持 tcp 方式的吧
