使用 VSC Remote 远程到服务器上开发，服务器网络走的是 HTTP 代理。
问题
GitHub Copilot could not connect to server. Extension activation failed: "self signed certificate"
拓展不能正常使用，装了 win-ca 拓展，使用 append 模式也不行。
请问大佬们这个问题怎么破？
