WSL 18.04 突然出现问题[使用了与请求的协议不兼容的地址。]

    新安装 wsl Ubuntu 20.04 LTS ，
    错误信息是
    Error: 0x80070578 ????????

    这个 issue 里面有大量相同问题的
    解决方法是保留应用和数据重新安装 windows

    重新安装 Windows 后转化为 wsl2 时可能需要更新 linux 内核，可能碰到
    A later version of the Windows Subsystem for Linux
    Update is already installed. Setup will now exit
    的错误，使用

    中的工具卸载 wsl_update 就可以了
