先用 Word 另存为普通 PDF ，再用预览打开，道出勾选 PDF/A

@KevinChan 感谢，最后用 adobe 解决了。发现从 word 转 pdf/A 会闪退，但是先到处成普通 pdf ，再转 pdf/A 就可以了
