freenom 的免费域名不能白嫖了吗？

之前一直用 freenom 的免费域名套 cf ，域名到期后好久也没续，但是 ns 记录一直没变，所以就一直用着。结果这周 ns 记录突然没了，以为是 freenom 把域名回收了，就想着去注册一个新的，结果见到官网说技术故障会尽快恢复。搜索了下，中英文论坛最近似乎都没人讨论这件事，难道这个故障已经很久了吗？

freenom 注册不了，eu.org 被移动屏蔽，免费的域名太难了
