不一定是屏蔽了端口，更大的可能性是 NAT 类型的原因。
几个月前我就用移动 4G/5G 试了下打洞，发现 NAT 类型并非 Full-cone NAT ，似乎是“对称 NAT” (Symmetric NAT)，也就是 NAT4 ，或者至少是 NAT3——“端口受限圆锥型 NAT” (Port-Restricted cone NAT) |

移动 4/5G ipv4 应该都是 NAT4 无法打洞，ipv6 直接禁止 ping 无法主动从外部连入
