对于 iOS 和 Android 比较熟悉，知道怎么回事。但是对于 web ，一直就不清楚它是怎么搞的啊。自己建立一个到 FCM 服务器的 websocket ？还是用 Service Work ？必须使用 Google 的浏览器么？自己能配置服务器么？
