试用过很多 都没有找到能像ManicTime那样按时间线记录应用和文档包括网址的app

ruscuetime 我用过，所以数据都是后台上传到网上的，说得难听点，就是360的后台还明目张胆的那种，用了一天，我直接卸载了。
