求推荐个 c/c++语言写的 http/https 代理程序

有没有这样的 http/https 代理程序？

1. 支持客户端 tls 连接服务器。（不是支持访问 https 网站）。
2. c/c++语言编写，支持 linux 。
3. 小巧、配置简单。
4. 排除 Squid 。

这个应该是通过 iptables redirect tcp 连接到 https 代理服务器。
